Blowdown 3D is the first ever 3D film on explosive demolition to broadcast internationally. Parallax Film Productions shot, edited and delivered the show - which profiles the implosion of the Fonte Nova Stadium in Salvador, Brazil - to National Geographic Channels International and 3net. 20 cameras were used to capture the event from every possible angle. The 3D footage was then combined with stereoscopic visual effects to create an immersive entertainment experience that's truly explosive.
Parallax Film Productions is on the forefront of 3D documentary filmmaking. Innovative camera systems and immersive post production techniques combine with a proven record for powerful storytelling to produce an unparalleled stereoscopic entertainment experience.
